E3 2012 – Internet Explorer Coming to the Xbox 360

Today, Microsoft announced at their E3 press conference that the Internet Explorer web browser will be making its’ way to the Xbox 360 home console this fall.

The browser will be designed to be the first easy-to-use browser on any game console, and will be integrated with both Microsoft’s search engine, bing, as well as Kinect. In addition, Microsoft has also announced that the browser will be fully compatible with the new Smart Glass technology, allowing for you to browse the web using touch-based commands.

 

Internet Explorer for the Xbox 360 will launch fall of 2012.
