one carrot

1/2 onion

two stalks celery

1 tablespoon butter or oil, furthermore two tablespoons

melted butter or oil

two kilos washed button mushrooms

1/2 pound washed shiitake mushrooms

just one/two pound washed oyster mushrooms

1 tablespoon clean chopped tarragon

1 teaspoon salt

one teaspoon white pepper

three pints hen or vegetable inventory

1 pint significant product or service

two tablespoons flour
